1. Shipping Options & Rates

• We deliver across South Africa.
• Standard courier fee: R115.00 nationwide for orders up to 5kg.
• Additional charges may apply for larger/bulkier orders (calculated at checkout).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery lead times: 3–5 business days, depending on location.
• Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of receipt at online@rivco.co.za.
• We will work with our couriers to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or no recipient, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.
