- I want to buy 100+ units, but do not want to keep pressing the + button. How can I make this process faster?
Easy fix! Just type your units into the units block.
- How much is the Courier Fee?

- R99.00 for orders weighing 0-5kg
- R149.00 for orders weighing 6-10kg
- R199.00 for orders weighing 11-25kg
- Tools courier fee may vary due to volumetric size / weight
- If your order weighs more than 25kg, the unique courier fee will be calculated at the end of your checkout.
- I want to buy online, but I am unsure about the products I need?
No problem, we have created easy buttons for you to utilise to take you back to the main Rivco Products website, which is packed with information on all our products.
- How quick can I get my order from payment?
We are working on 1-2 days collection / delivery on orders within Cape Town. For courier orders nation wide, we are working on a 5-7 days delivery time.
- Can I pay cash on delivery / collection?
Unfortunately not, our online store can only accept EFT or card payments. If you would like to pay cash, you will need to place your order physically within one of our branches in Cape Town, Johannesburg or Port Elizabeth.
- Can I collect my order in JHB or PE collection?
Unfortunately not, the online store orders are picked, packed and distributed from the Cape Town branch.
- I want to follow up on my order, who do I contact?
Please reply onto your order email (which includes your order number, contact details and products placed) which will help us in assisting you much quicker. Alternatively, you can email us on online@rivco.co.za
- I want to order, but I am an international customer? (reside outside of South Africa)
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We only ship within South Africa.
