Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Options & Rates
- We deliver across South Africa.
- Standard courier fee: R99 nationwide for orders up to 5kg.
- Additional charges may apply for larger/bulkier orders (calculated at checkout).
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery lead times: 3–5 business days, depending on location.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of receipt at online@rivco.co.za.
- We will work with our couriers to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or no recipient, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.
Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Change of Mind Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
- Notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
- If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, clearance, or “final sale” items cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers may lodge disputes with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) if unresolved.
